About the Director
Chelsea Steele is a Los Angeles based artist creating across many mediums, but always returning to her first love: film. Chelsea has written two award-winning short films including, ‘Take It All The Way,’ which won Best Picture at the Nashville 48 Hour Film Festival and ended up screening at The International Cannes Film Festival. This is her directorial debut.

This film is based on the real experience of a girl whose dad won the actual lottery.
Money is a glimpse into a family’s life before the lottery from the perspective of a teenage girl, Chelsea, who has recently been kicked out of her father’s house. The story is a layered look at a blended family in a world where love is money.
